Well, it's time for this bee to start her no-buy period... for the entire month before her birthday! This no-buy came at the request of my boyfriend, who has my cosmetics wish list hidden away on his computer and insists I don't buy anything before my birthday.
I'll still be continuing writing as much content, reviews, etc. as I can, but since I can't purchase anything new, don't expect to see detailed reviews or information about newly released products until late August.
Don't worry, though, because I'm still as busy as ever with the blog! I'll resume purchasing after August 20, and be sure to let you all know what he picks out for me! :) I'm excited about my birthday for the first time in years!

Good luck with that! My no buy period is actually going quite well. Instead of buying makeup, I end up buying more clothes =). Actually, the period is good for me, because I have a list of what cosmetics to buy once this period is over, rather than my typical impulse buys!

I started my no buy period today. Trying to save for my birthday weekend with the girls (can't wait). Mine is actually about 1 1/2 months...
