Have you seen the new L'Oreal True Match Super-Blendable Compact Makeup in stores yet? L'Oreal has totally reformulated this part of the True Match line, the powder compacts. There are several noteworthy changes in the new formula that may be worth checking out! (Great for me - I didn't have success with the original formulation.)
For one, L'Oreal has used the newest True Match shade system, reminiscent of any department store foundation line. There are 18 shades to choose from, with six colors each in three different undertone categories: warm, neutral, and cool. The selection isn't as large as with the liquid foundation, but it's likely to fit most skin tones and is still bigger than the majority of other drugstore brands'.
The big change is the texture of the formula. It's no longer a simple powder foundation, but liquefies on contact to create the feel of a liquid foundation! Said to "mimic" the skin's tone and texture, it supposedly goes on smooth and light and is non-greasy and blendable. Sounds like powder-to-liquid foundations are really becoming a trend!
Right now, L'Oreal is offering a coupon for $1 off their new True Match Super-Blendable Compact Makeup! Simply visit the site, log in (or register if you aren't a member), and click the coupon link towards the bottom of the True Match page. Or, go here if you're feeling a little lazy. Click, print, and run to your nearest drugstore or supermarket!
Let me know how you like the new formula!

So this would be L'Oreal's version of MAC Studio Fix? that would be nice to try. i am not too crazy about L'oreal Foundations, but will keep my eyes open!!!
If you try this out, let us know how you like it!
Oh my god I tried the liquid foundation.
DO NOT BUY IT. Check out my full review but it is truly horrible.
For a drugstore brand, I like L'Oreal True Match. Nalo Jones, professional makeup artist based in Hollywood, http://www.naloinc.com
Thanks Jenn for this post!
I've been using it for about a week now... I have pretty bad skin, lots of blemishes - I love the coverage it gives it's very easy to apply and doesn't get caky. The only problam is that it rubs off onto everything - sunglasses, shirts, tissues - if anything brushes against my face it has make up on it. I'm going to try to finish it off with a powder and see how that works.
